Welcome to the Coach Clark Coe or Coach CCC's All Sport Performance Program! 

We are excited to have you join us this off-season to prepare for your respected sports. This has been in the works for a while, as we have worked with hundreds of athletes since 2017, from the youth to the professional level.

Coach Clark has played sports all his life, explicitly reaching the professional level of football. NFL teams like the Seattle Seahawks, Green Bay Packers, New York Giants, New York Jets, Buffalo Bills, and Miami Dolphins have also scouted him. 

Due to two Achilles injuries on each leg, Coach CCC has pivoted from his dreams and aspirations to play in the NFL and has focused on helping other athletes fulfill their purpose and reach their full potential! 

We have now added another Class for youth sports performance training! The details are identical, but the times and price change due to more attention to detail needed for the youth!

What you will receive from this training:

Athlete Profile Tracker  - This will allow us to track their workouts and assess their progress weekly. 
 Elite Footwork - Coach Coe's unique movement patterns help players move efficiently, eliminating false steps.
SPE - Strength, Power, and Explosiveness workouts for each group for stability, endurance, and hypertrophy.
SAQ - Speed, Agility, and Quickness will be the main focus. Speed Kills Mondays & Laterally Sounds Wednesdays. 

Dates:
The classes are January 6, 8, 13, 15, 22, 27, and 29. The last class is on February 3. 
Phase 2 will begin on February 10. It will be a hybrid indoor/outdoor program, depending on the weather.

Youth Ages: 7-10 - 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
MS Ages: 11-14 - 6:00 pm -7:30 pm

2024 Winter NFL SWAG Development League

General Details:
  • NFL Jerseys and Flags will be provided to every player.
  • Time Frames and Game Dates:
  • Games on Saturdays – 24-minute halves. 2 minute running clocks. There is one game per week.
  • Development Training on Saturdays one hour before games.

Ages 10 and under Training: Ages 10 and under games:
  • 9:00 am-10:00 am 10:00 am-11:00 am

Ages 11-12 and 13-14 Training: Ages 11-12 and 13-14 games:
  • 10:00am-11:00 am 11:00am-12:00pm

Competitive Development: $40 additional.
All Ages: Fridays - 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Starts: 11-8-24 - Ends: 12-20-24

(Times subject to change based on enrollment)

Individual Selection 
-         $140 regular season
-         Development League – Every Athlete will be placed on a different team each week to compete.
-         Same Day Training- this is a development session to enhance your game. This will be on Saturday's an hour before games.
-         Anyone can register and participate. More recreational-based to develop and have fun.

November 2 – Off Period
November 9 – Week 1 Development and games
November 22 - Possible All Star Weekend
November 23 - Off Period

Turkey Bowl Registration

We’re excited to host our next flag football tournament in partnership with Centercourt sports, featuring elite athletes! 

Join us for our first-ever TURKEY Bowl! The tournament will showcase Co-Ed boys' and girls' divisions, with teams competing in three grades: 3rd-9th.
